Its always nice when the pics and the description actually match the room you re in. Hotel Siri gets an A+ NOT for having a clean and completely new hotel but because their customer service knocked it out of the ball park. I was a very late reservation on Thanksgiving evening. Not only was the person who answered the phone upbeat and helpful, I was able to self check quickly and easily because of perfectly simple instructions, It is the best overall customer service I ve had all year. When somebody is able to WOW me in the most simplest of ways, it carries a lot of weight. I recommend Hotel Siri to everybody. Oopsie I forgot to mention the amazing platform bed. I had to climb on top like it was a mountain.lol. The only thing missing is a full length mirror. THANK YOU HOTEL Siri!!

Hotel Siri was such a solid find. I was in town for the WiVi Convention at the Paso Robles Event Center just down the street. I was never more than 5 minutes away from the tradeshow so I was able to make multiple trips back and forth. The Hotel accommodation's were modern, the room was clean, internet worked great and the cable options were above average. I was able to get plenty of work done in the evening since the place is so quiet. Norman at the front desk was very helpful. I won't stay anywhere else next time I visit Paso Robles.

To begin with very impressed with the polite and efficient check in by the young woman behind the counter. She addressed me as “Sir” a very respectable term in today’s world. I was offered a bottle of water, explained how to get to my room, via elevator or stairs. I was instructed politely check out hours, and was asked if I had any questions. I’m very impressed by the housekeeper who gave me an extra coffee as I am a coffee drinker in the late afternoon and morning. My room was spotless and the amenities were comfortable. My car was safe in the well lit parking lot. The ice machine was easy to find and was clean. This was a comfortable stay, and I plan on making this my hotel stop when working at nearby military facilities.

My stay at Siri hotel was breathtaking. I wasn’t expecting everything to exceed my expectations, from reservation to the check out moment. It’s extremely clean, and spacious. Perfect lighting if it’s a romantic getaway with your partner, or perhaps if you want to take your time applying make up & taking selfies *^_^*. Staff was friendly & profesional. Courtesy and respect was given 100% at all times. I’m shocked at how relaxing it felt with their soft beds & the feel of a sophisticated home made me not want to leave. I will definitely be staying at Siri’s again. I highly recommend it for everyone. 5 stars in my opinion.
